Books Cleanup for Small BusinessQuestions people ask next

Each of these has its own page. This one only points, and then it leaves room for the question that is still yours.

A Sears adding machine, the keys and the crank handle

Where the answers live.

What the packet holds is its own page, and it stays about the five papers. How sales can differ from the deposit is its own page, and it stays about those two numbers. What an open bill still is after the bank ties is its own page. Where wage liabilities sit, if they exist, is its own page. The owner's line, the fall scope, the refusal to rebuild, the election, and the January list each have a door.

One busy Saturday does not answer a question that belongs on another page. The sales question stays on the sales page. The owner question stays on the owner page. Stacking every answer in this room would only hide the door you actually need, so we will not do it.

The question that is still yours.

If the four public questions did not cover it, send it. Can the bank tie and the year still be unusable. Is a new file the default. Does this practice run payday. What is asked before a deposit is reclassed. Those four are answered on the four-question page. Yours can be a fifth.

We answer the one you send. A second sales talk is not what the reply becomes.

Three that usually come next.

What if a processor fee and a transfer from your own other account both landed in the same week? Both can be true, and both belong beside the sales total rather than inside it. That comparison lives on the sales page, with one week as the example.

What if a bill was paid from a personal card and then the company paid you back? That movement is owner activity, not a vendor that closed itself. The owner page is where that line is kept separate from sales and from expenses.

What if the year you are worried about was already filed? Naming inside a filed year is a different conversation from naming inside a year that is still open. The fall page says how the size changes, and it does not put a clock on the screen.
