What the pages are

The pages are general reading for an owner whose bank already ties. They are not advice about your numbers, and reading them does not make you a client. Rules move, and they land differently on different facts, so check anything that would change your return before you rely on it.

The free call is a conversation. It creates no engagement, no ongoing duty, and no obligation either way. We will say what we see, including when the honest answer is that the five papers already exist and you do not need a cleanup. Paid work starts only when both sides sign a letter that names the scope and the fee.

Scope, fees, and your records

The letter defines the engagement before it starts. The fee matches that scope. Work outside the letter is priced before it is done. Either side may end the engagement in writing. Fees earned to that date remain due, and your records come back.

The close is only as good as the records under it. Complete records, the contents of your own systems, and the decisions you make stay with you. When something does not tie, we say so. A return is not built on a month whose deposits still have no name.

Nothing here limits a liability the law will not let us limit.

Texas law governs these terms. A dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

The booking page does not load a calendar until you ask or you have scrolled after arriving. Opening the page is not a booking. The form is a request for a reply. The signed letter is still the start of work.

A quote covers the scope in the letter. A later request, whether that is older months or a year that was filed on unnamed income, is priced before anyone starts it. You can stop. We can stop. The records come back either way.

A page that names the five papers is still general reading. It does not tell you which deposit on your statement is a sale. That answer needs the statement, the settlement, and a conversation. Using the shapes on this site as if they were your month is the mistake these terms exist to prevent.

A figure said on a call is a sketch of scope until the letter exists. The letter is the fee. The sketch is not. No hourly slogan and no package price is published on the pages themselves.
