What you give us
The form stores the fields sitting in front of you. Name, phone, an email if you added one, and the note about the month. Nothing else is collected from that form. A honeypot sits off the screen so junk submissions fall out, and that field is never used to name you.
Microsoft Bookings receives a time only after you open the calendar. The frame has no address until you ask for it or you have moved down the page, so merely opening the booking page does not create a booking.
What is collected on its own
A page view can be stored with two random identifiers that live in your browser, one lasting and one that dies with the tab, plus the referring page and any campaign tags on the link you used. The record is first party. It stays on our server. We use it to see which pages are worth keeping.
Do Not Track turns that record off. There is no ad pixel, no visitor identification product, and no outside analytics. The network that serves the pages keeps ordinary request logs for security and for rate limits.
Why it is held
So we can answer. So the call you asked for has a starting point. So the work can be done if you engage us. So we can tell which pages earn their keep. So junk stays out of the inbox. So ordinary record duties are met.
Personal information is not sold. It is not shared so someone else can advertise. No machine makes a decision about you.
A note is kept while we answer it, and longer only if an engagement and the records behind it require that. Say the word on the phone and it goes. You can ask what we hold, and you can ask for a correction. The same number reaches the person who can do either.
A video call is a conversation about the five papers and the month that ties. Notes from that call are not published here, and you are not added to a list you did not ask to join. The people who do the work are the only people who see the form.
Naming a deposit or a bill in the note leaves the note as a note. Nothing in it gets folded into anyone else's books. Two notes from you are read as two notes. We do not build a profile out of the repeat.
A note that names a vendor is still just a note. We do not treat the company you mention as a file we already hold. If you never call, the note sits until we answer or until you tell us to drop it.
The sentence you type about the missing paper is used to see where the packet is thin. It is not a quote. A quote waits for the letter.
