Can the bank tie and the year still be unusable.

Yes. The tie means the bank agrees with the books. It does not mean the deposits have names. A return wants names. That is why a proud reconciled month can still be a month you cannot file.

Two kinds of money in one bank account still need two names. A processor lump and a check from a customer can land on the same day and still be different papers. Sharing an account does not make them one story, and the return will believe the name you leave on each.

The other three.

Is a new file the default? No. If the tie is real, the default is to name what is in the file you have. A new file is a later decision.

Does this practice run payday? No. We handle the registrations and the mapping, and you keep running payday after the handoff.

What is asked before a deposit is reclassed? The entity and the election. A move that fits one of them can be wrong for another.

The form is there for whatever the four public answers left open. We answer that one. The button below is for the question, not for a generic pitch.

How the four look on a real month.

A tied March can still be unusable if the deposits from the card processor landed as one lump. The names are the missing paper, not another reconciliation. A new file would throw that March away, so it stays off the table until the tie itself is in doubt.

Payday, if anyone was on it, is arranged and then handed back. The election is asked before a lump is moved, because a move that fits a partnership can be the wrong move for a corporation. Those are the four, in the clothes of one month, with no dollar attached.
