Books Cleanup for Small BusinessA classification, not a new file
If the bank side is already tied, the work is naming. A new file is a different decision.
Keep this file.
The default is the file you have.
A new file feels decisive. It also throws away the tie you already earned. When the bank agrees with itself, the missing piece is the names, not a blank company. Opening a new file can be right later, after the election is known and after someone has said the tie is not real. It is not the first move on this page.
The note we want is short. The bank ties. Here is how much of the income is still a lump, with the dollars covered if you prefer. From that note we can say whether the job is a classification.
A route can be reconciled and the stops still unnamed.
The bank can agree with itself for the whole year while one month in the middle still has deposits with no name. You can cross that year without listing the blank. Naming that month is the classification. Opening a new file is the other decision, and it throws away the tie you already earned.
Say whether the bank tie is real. An untied bank should be named as untied. Naming income on a fiction is wasted work, and we would rather hear it at the start.
A new file throws away the trail.
The file you already have also holds the trail of which month was tied, and by whom. A blank company starts that trail at zero. We talk about a new file only after someone has said the tie is false, or after the election makes the current file the wrong home.
Until one of those is true, the job is names. Send the month with the dollars covered if you prefer. We will say whether the lump is sales, bills, wages, or the owner, and we will leave the file where it is. The file you already tied stays the file.
Say if the bank ties
Yes or no is a complete answer.
You will be talking to the Steven Palmieri practice.
